VINTAGES welcomes four of Italy’s iconic producers representing the regions of Veneto, Tuscany, Piedmont and Puglia. Experience stunning examples of premium Italian wine from vintages spanning more than a decade. Taste the wines of Giuseppe Quintarelli, Marchesi de Frescobaldi, Pio Cesare and Rivera in a unique format at Scarpetta.

If things are looking a little different around here, it's because we've launched our brand-new web site. Since Lifford is now a national agency, we wanted to be able to let customers all across the country browse the portfolio of wines and spirits available to them. In Ontario, customers will soon be able to place orders directly and securely on our site. We'll be rolling out that and other functionality over the next little while, and so this is what is called a "soft launch" in web parlance. That means you might find some rough edges, and we'd appreciate if you'd let us know about them.

Also, please take the chance to sign up for our newsletter from the big button on the home page. For customers outside Ontario, this will be a new way for us to keep you informed about products available to you and events happening in your region.

Boys' Night Out celebrates its sixth anniversary and is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever.

• An After-Party at Café Belong (on-site).
• A driving and putting competition sponsored by Callaway.
• Every guest will receive a 400 ml Dove Men + Care body wash.
• A chance to bid on an exciting golf trip to Cape Breton (3 nights, 4 days). Includes return flight, accommodation, car rental and 3 rounds of golf for 2 people.
• A poker competition with some great prizes.

Walla Walla Ping Pong Kingpin Charles Smith

On Thursday February 23, legendary Washington winemaker Charles Smith (of K Vintners and Charles Smith Wines fame) will be visiting Toronto for the very first time, and he wants to play ping pong. Are you up for the challenge? If you work in Toronto's hospitality industry, drop by anytime after 9pm at SPiN Toronto at 461 King Street West. Charles will be pouring some of his great wines (including the much-lauded Royal City Syrah) and introducing his new Secco Italian Bubbles, all while kicking your ass at ping pong.
