Fondest wine memory

I am not really much of a drinker but at a Lifford Party I really enjoyed the Muscat Beaumes de Venise. It was delightful wine, but I do not think we carry it anymore.

Favourite wine region

Provence, France for the sights, the food and the people.. what is there not to love!

Favourite Lifford wine

Again not much of a drinker but the Hollick Chardonnay is really nice once in a while.

First job

Physiotherapist was my first real paying job.

Indulgence

Steaks, chocolate and sweet personalities in women but for the past 25 years my loving wife keeps me from all the above. So I would have to say she is the one and only indulgence in my life.

My mortgage and by the pictures I take.

What or where do I retreat to?

I love to take pictures of the world around me!!! I can see the world through the lives of other people with a simple click of a button.
