Sharing a bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1982 With Richard and Nicholas (husband and son) on Nicholas’s 21st birthday we had a simply elegant meal caesar salad, grilled steak, potatoes & asparagus.

I have so many more to visit!!! Of the regions I have visited Champagne please note that Tour Australia is February 2008!!!!
