Selling wine in Toronto, mostly to restaurants and other members of the hospitality industry.

Fondest wine memory

Although the visits to many of the worlds great wine regions have been incredible, my favourite wine memories are of sharing great wines with friends and family. Of these memories, there are just too many to pick just one.

Favourite wine region

I would have to say Burgundy because the best bottles tend to be as good as wine gets for me but following closely behind would be Piemonte, Tuscany and Bordeaux.

Favourite Lifford wine

As I probably drink more Chianti than any other wine, I would have to say that Felsina Chianti Classico is my favourite. My house wine in a perfect world.

First job

I was a Toronto Star delivery boy.

Indulgence

Great food and wine as often as possible.

Inspiration

Beauty in people, places, food, wine, music, art and life in general.

What or where do I retreat to?

When I can’t retreat to the golf course, a glass of nice wine and some great music tends to restore my sanity.
