Favourite wine region

I was lucky enough to spend part of last year traveling in South America. A good portion of that time in Argentina, a week of which was spent visiting various wineries in the Mendoza area. Subsequently, I fell in love with the region and the wines which are produced there.

Favourite Lifford wine

This changes constantly. For now, my favourite is the Springfield Estates Life From Stone Sauvignon Blanc.

First job

My first job was working as a dishwasher and doing prep work in the kitchen at Devlin's Country Bistro in Mount Pleasant, Ontario. It was a great time, and a great introduction to the world of food and drink.

Indulgence

I really like bacon.

Inspiration

My family, my friends, good weather and good music.

What or where do I retreat to?

I am extremely passionate about music. Whenever I need to get away or relieve stress I turn to music.
