Fondest wine memory

Going to California and working at fiddlehead winery and standing in-side the press with all the grape skins just after the ferment took place.

It would have to be Sonama because I have fond memories on Benziger and the family that run the winery

First job

Pouring wine at Eastdale Estate Winery in Beamsville at the ripe old age of 15.

Other than my dog Hennesy, eating out at restaurants.

What or where do I retreat to?

My parents’ farm in vineland.
